WHAT IS Church 4 Chicks™?
This is how we have affectionately referred to the vision God has given us for this ministry's purpose. We believe God is calling us to come together as women, unified in
our love for the Lord and His word; women who want to lay aside that which can be used to divide us so that we might
come together intentionally to seek Him and His will for our lives as we have
freedom to worship Him authentically through our lives and relationships. A
place that does not take place of a local church home, but where we can come together to enjoy
authentic church community as “Chicks.” Each meeting begins with vibrant worship with guest appearances by local
artists, and is followed by dynamic teaching from Shelley Hendrix or guest speakers. We hope you’ll come see for yourself!
Church 4 Chicks, creating and cultivating environments of grace for women of all ages. A place of grace, for YOU!
Okay! I know what you’re thinking. “Why should I squeeze a night away from home into my busy schedule?” Because this isn’t just a night out, this is connecting and building healthy, positive relationships
with other women, and you have to admit that we women have too little of that.
God has given Shelley Hendrix a true gift of teaching. Music group Beloved says
this of her: “Shelley is a Bible teacher & speaker to any generation. Her ‘realness’ is refreshing & her passion for the Word of God is contagious. Church 4 Chicks
™ is like getting together with your sister or best girlfriend and together
growing in your walk with the Lord.” You will leave each session renewed and excited that you took time out of your
hectic life and spent it with the “church chicks!”
So... grab a meal and come early for great fellowship with your C4C friends, AND if you need childcare, please send
an email to us and we'll let you know if childcare is provided for the event you're planning to attend (There is no childcare in summer/winter) childcare@church4chicks.com).
Creating and Cultivating Environments of Grace for Women. Based on Colossians 3:16, "The purpose of Church 4 Chicks™ is to be used of God to create an environment of authenticity, a balance of
grace and truth, and dynamic worship through music and teaching where women of
all ages, denominational affiliations, and backgrounds can come together to
experience an authentic encounter with God, while building real relationships
with others."
Our desire is that our leadership/volunteer teams will represent various area
churches.
